Preparation
- Fry onion, ginger and garlic with oil for 5 minutes.
- Blend onion mix with spices, salt and water quantity (1) to make curry paste.
- Premix EdenPro™ SP3 and maize starch. Add water quantity (2). Mix.
- Cook curry paste for 1 minute.
- Add tomatoes, premixed EdenFlo™ SP5 and maize starch, sugar, lemon juice, creamed and desiccated coconut and water quantity (3). Cook for 10 minutes.
- Blend sauce.

Preparation
- Add EdenPro™ SP3 to the mixing bowl. Add water and vinegar. Mix for 1 minute.
- Melt chocolate
- Premix flour, cocoa powder, starch, baking powder, flavourings and salt.
- Add oil and sugar to the mixing bowl. Mix for 2 minutes.
- Add melted chocolate. Mix for 1 minute.
- Add premixed flour. Mix for 2 minutes.
- Bake on 170C for 30 minutes

Preparation
- Add EdenPro™ SP3 to the mixing bowl. Add water and vinegar. Mix to combine
- Premix flour, starch, baking powder, flavourings and salt.
- Add rapeseed oil, glycerine & sugar to mixing bowl. Mix for 1 minute.
- Add flour premix to the bowl. Mix for 1 minute.
- Add blueberries. Mix slowly.
- Bake on 180C for 20 minutes.
