Delicious: Our white Chlorella provides a positive tasting experience with notes of pistachio and cashew. Furthermore, through years of R&D including the combination of strain development, bioprocess and downstream process development, we’ve minimised negative off notes of bitterness, providing a best-in-class white Chlorella in taste and colour and nutrition.

Functional: EdenFlo™ (average 35% protein) and EdenPro™ (average 55-60% protein) provide a creamy and indulgent mouthfeel, ideal for texture building in a variety of food applications. Dispersible, free flowing powder, providing emulsification and gelling capabilities.

Nutritious: Wholefood ingredients with no chemical or solvent extraction used. The cell wall of Algenuity Chlorella encapsulates a high quality, highly bioavailable nutrient dense ingredient including a complete protein source, dietary fiber and numerous micronutrients for natural fortification. Plant-based and free of any known allergens.

Being manufactured by high productivity microbial fermentation means that we can produce our white Chlorella year-round through our simple and validated production process. While our primary manufacturing site is in the Netherlands, microbial fermentation is a globally-relevant manufacturing platform with factories accessible globally through strategic partnering.

Algenuity’s production capacity is designed to meet the growing global demand for consistent, high-quality, algae-based ingredients. Our advanced facilities enable us to scale production efficiently to hundreds of tonnes initially with thousands of tonnes capacity close behind, ensuring a consistent supply of high-quality Chlorella ingredients aligned to the expectations of food and beverage production.
